Kyle is maintaining and is stable today. He does have more swelling. His little kidneys are functioning, but they need to do more to remove the excess fluid from his body. Please continue to pray for his kidneys. And, pray that Kyle would be able to come off dialysis for good.

They have discontinued weaning him from the ventilator for now. He has so much swelling that they don't want to put too much on his lungs.

Please pray that God would give the doctors wisdom. After all, He is the Great Physician. He created all those little organs, and He is the one who can heal!!

  2. Hey Steve and Shiloh, just wanted to let you know Bill and I are praying for all you guys....especially little Kyle, who is sooo precious! I remember visiting Bill's sister Amy and the triplets in the NICU at Cooks....so many machines and wires, etc. But man, you're in great hands up there! If big sister Abigail needs some play time, my Abi would love to have her over! Take care and take courage, God is mighty! Barbara Sparks

  4. Steve and Shiloh;
All of our church family here at New Covenant Fellowship (Waco) are praying for Kyle, his big sister, AND for you guys day and night. We are believing God is going to do a wonderous work THROUGH Kyle and all your family has been through.
Considering the battle this little guy has had to wage at the onset of his life, it appears that the Lord of Hosts is needing a "Mighty Man" for a very specific purpose in His kingdom... one who is tough and battle-hardened... and He has chosen Kyle.
We are praying in agreement, that He will heal and restore your son.
The word of God says in Hebrews; "Hold fast to the confession of your hope, without wavering, because He who promised is Faithful". And He IS faithful. He is faithful to be right there every minute of every day with your whole family.
I want to go ahead now, and extend an open invitation to your family, to come see us in Waco when Kyle is healed and restored, and you have had a chance to catch your collective breaths. You see, this little group of believers has adopted Kyle as their own and we would love to see this miracle child one day.
Stand fast in the faith that God has given you and remember, this struggle is but for a season... it may not seem like it right now... but this is only a season of God's design, bourne of His wisdom, and covered by His love.

Just know that I continue to pray and lift Kyle
up daily. I'm so glad to see pictures of this
precious baby. I pray soon you'll be able to hold him in your arms and I continue to ask the
Lord for Kyle to gain strength each day. He is
such a strong little baby. I ask the Lord that
you get the rest you need.
    Love you guys,

  6. Hey there, hope that you all have had a good day.
We are praying for wisdom for the doctors as they make decisions for Kyle's treatments. I loved what the church in Waco had to say and that they can't wait to see what God has in store for Kyle and for you all. I think about that and pray for you guys as God lays the opportunities for yall to bring Glory and Honor to His name. I pray every morning while driving to Cedar Hill to work and I pass an exit that is Shiloh Rd. so guess what I am lifting you up as I pass that way too. I know Kyle's little body loves being touched by yall that is so wonderful that you have been allowed to do that.
Will be continuing to pray for his little kidneys to remain strong and for the fluid to go down and the swelling. GOKyleGo!! that's a great cheer!!
O Lord, you bestowed on us splendor and majesty. Surely you have granted us eternal blessings and made us glad with the joy of your presence.
Psalm 21:6,7 Father, please allow them to feel your presence. Amem
