We had another "care conference" today to meet with all the doctors. They told us that if Kyle had one individual organ problem (heart, kidney, liver, lungs) it would not be so life threatening. Since he has developed multi-organ problems, however, they are giving him little to no hope. As one doctor put it "outside of a miracle, he has zero chance of survival." They talked to us some about limiting his care.

I told them I thought Kyle was going to make it. Kyle has not given up. I asked the medical staff to continue to work hard for him, which they are.

"Outside of a miracle" he says. Miracles are what God is in the business of doing. If I am going to pray for God to heal little Kyle's body, then until the answer is clearly no, I'm going to believe that is what's going to happen. If we don't believe it, we need to stop praying for it.

    I agree with you too. Everyone around the tomb thought it was too late to pray for Lazarus! So, as Jesus did, we can call Kyle forth!

    Kyle has not given up and most importantly our Father has not given up. We will pray, pray and pray some more for the Lord's will to be done and a complete healing in this baby's tiny body.

  16. God does still perform miracles. I continue to pray for the three of you. Never ever give up. Just remember God does things in His own time and we do not know what that is. I will continue to love, cry and pray for all three of you. Shiloh, I hope they will continue to let you hold Kyle so that he can feel his mother's love and you can have the joy of holding your son.

May every organ, blood vessel, eyes, ears, heart pump properly, brain swelling go down and be normal, may the colon, bladder, spine, every part of his being be perfected in the image of Christ.     As I was praying about what encouragement I heard in my spirit the Spirit of the Lord saying
    "Whose report will you believe" Our natural man looks and listens to the report of the doctor's, and it is so hard to not believe them.

    Clearly this is an attack of the enemy against Kyle. In Proverbs is says: "We have the power of life or death in our tongues" The doctor's speak death for Kyle, I speak life to Kyle.

    Lord, you have not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of love and life and a sound mind. Father, you remind us the children of Godly parents will be blessed for a thousand generations. Lord, bless little Kyle with healing of all these organs in his body. You already have given him a spirit of Victory. What a fighter he is. Lord bless this seed of Shiloh and Steve for they follow you with their all their heart, mind, soul, and strength. Bless this little one who's grandparents on both sides serve you, and whose seed is in Kyle.

    Lord, I speak peace that passeth understanding to rule and reign in that little body, and for every one in this Godly family.

  33. Kyle and his amazing family are in our daily prayers. We are praying for a miracle. Praying that God, through Kyle's determination and healing, will show those doctors that He is in charge. He is the Great Physician. They can predict all they want, but He is still the One who decides. We pray that His will be done. And that through Kyle's ordeal, many will be brought closer to Him.   41. You are doing what Lynn and I did when our Mark was in the hospital. To give up on Mark for us, meant to give up on God's ability to do a miracle--if HE chose to. Be there, Pray, but leave the doing up to Him...His choice. When doctor's were coming to us wanting us to donate our sons' organs (3 X's) we said "No, God gave those organs to MARK." For us to comply with their wishes, was to close a door that God might have wanted open. I would take nothing for the 6 PRECIOUS ,wonderful,although exhausing weeks that God gave us with our son. There was a Plan, we went with the plan....There are No regrets for us in that decision. I pray for you all every day.

    The Lord knew then that pain would come

    Miracles happen every day...especially in other countries where they are not so independent.
